Refund policy

EXCHANGE:

Order once booked cannot be changed.

The product cannot be changed/exchanged once it is shipped out.

We do not have an exchange policy. You may cancel (subject to and as per our cancellation policy mentioned below) and book a fresh order for the product you want.

CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped.

CANCELATION BEFORE SHIPPING:

There will be a cancellation charge of 5% of the product price paid, towards transaction and administrative charges.

The balance will be refunded to you upon receipt of the returned product and its approval by the inspection department.

CANCELATION AFTER SHIPPING:

There will be a cancellation charge of 5% of the price paid towards transaction and administrative charges.

The two-way shipping charges and other taxes and levies will be deducted at actuals from the product price and the balance will be refunded.

Balance amount will be refunded subject to the following conditions:

1. A cancellation request must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of goods by sending an email to info@elegancenow.me describing the reasons for cancellation.
2. If the cancellation request is accepted by elegance , then only arrange for a courier to return the product.
3. The return courier must be arranged by the customer and the charges of the return courier will be borne by the customer.
4. Product must be handed over to the courier within 24 hours of acceptance of cancellation by Elegance LLC.
5. Product must be returned in its original packing. If packing is tampered with, the goods will not be eligible for a refund.
6. The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent originally. Cramped, crumpled, stained, or damaged product will not be eligible for refund.
7. If product is damaged during the return, we will not be able to process the cancellation and the refund thereof.
8. Goods lost in return transit will not be eligible for refund.
9. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify for refund.
10. A refund will be processed only after the product is received, inspected, confirmed to be eligible for refund by the inspection department of Elegance LLC.

If a product is returned to the sender (ELEGANCE ) due to customer’s refusal to pay any government-imposed tax or levy of the recipient’s country of delivery, then the return will be considered not eligible for refund and the amount will not be refunded.

The entire process up to the refund processing by eLEGANCE may take from 10 to 21 days, not including the time taken by the banks or card companies to process the request once initiated by us.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT:

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if we have supplied the wrong product, please contact us at info@ELEGANCENOW.ME within 24 hours of receipt of the product with photographs of the defect, or the details of the ordered product and the supplied product.

We will arrange for the return pick up and bear the cost of return-courier and refund full price of the product. The above-mentioned terms related to quality check and eligibility for refund by the inspection department will apply, nevertheless.

A slight colour difference between the image and the actual product due to image resolution or display on your device or the difference between the way you perceived the fabric or its feel/fall based on the image and the actual fabric or its feel – are not valid reasons for return and such products will not classify as defective/damaged/wrong products for the purpose of cancellation/return.
